No solution from VAF department after 5 months
i have been going through hell with the service i have been recieving from VAF with regards to an issue i had with my vehicle which was ****** early last year and then later recovered. We had informed VAF in October that the Vehicle had been recovered and that it needs to be reregistered so that the licence disk can be renewed. after almost 5 months of making calls and sending emails back and forth we were advised that an incident has been logged only to find out that they had not understood the request and instead sent a statement of the account which was never requested for. We then sent another email clearly stating the problem and to my surprise we again recieved an email with no solution as we were again misunderstood. the vehicle was registered in my name and the account is in my fathers name, My Father has already sent VAF Authorization letters on 2 ocations to assist me. I have been given 3 different incendent numbers which i have recieved absolutely no feedback. I would also like to know who will be haled Liable for the penalty fees for the expired disk as we informed VAF of the problem before any penalty fees accumilated.
I refer to the complaint escalated to our office.
As service quality is essential, we are determined to provide the service levels that you are entitled to expect. Clearly our standards do slip from time to time and we rely on feedback from our customers so that we can take corrective action to ensure that incidents of poor service do not recur.
I will investigate the situation at hand and refer back to you as soon as possible.
Kind regards
Penny Rabe
