No service Pension backed home lending AGAIN.

I app**** for a pens backed loan on the 16th of Aug, and for the past 2 weeks now they are passing the buck to the pension fund, i decided to phone the pension fund only to find out that they already gave the go ahead on the 9th Of Sept,but the keep telling me that the payment only needs to be released but the fund is to blame , I'm now getting really fed up with this bank, i have never in my life struggled so much with one bank every single time,if you planning on doing business with them plan 3 months in advanced because that's how long they take with everything, luckily i don't bank with them otherwise i would have had a heart attack by the time something was done, worst is that my builder needs to also wait for them ,making me look like I'm lying because its un heard of.
