No service once again

Complaint logged on 24 Jan - was called by 2 agents - 1 agent advised e-mail would be forwarded - still waiting - was not provided with contact details- why is it so difficult to e-mail me on what is required to apply for a re-advance, no call back to ask if the mail has been received - pathetic
