No service not even responding on complain emails

I am waiting for weeks still and it is the 11 May and I am still waiting..????????? Then i got this today.. So my other cards is bloc**** This is a disgrace!!! Standard Bank Anti-*****: Your card with number ending 7049 has been temporarily suspended for your protection. Please call our ***** Unit on + ********** 0070 to confirm a transaction of 7,721.07 at . Quote ref ********** .

When is standard bank going to start working!! And now blocking all my cards!!!!! ??????????????????????????. I send emails... And just getting ignored!!!!
