No service no assistance
We bought a vehicle in Nov 2013. Till date we have not receive any statement. I have tried to make unccessfull attempt to obtain a statement, last payment date and last payment amount. According to my calculation the last payment date should be Nov 2018.... However we all know that the bank will try and squeeze a little more out of you before the contact is paid up... I would like to get some answers before the end of 2017.
