No service if you need it

I have been trying to get my account cancel and send lost of emails but had o e reply and nothing more after I gave them all what they need.

I have been trying this for almost a month. One of my family also went to the Somerset west mall branch to get help but service is not happening and covid is no excuse.

All I can say **** service and very expensive bank

All that they are good at is to take your cash and have *** service.
