No service from Standard Bank again
I would give it a zero star if I could. These guys are really not interested in serving their clients. I am not receiving any service or feedback from a PBL loan that I app****. Even customer complaints who said they will call back in 24 hours have not responded in over a week. my complaint is not being dealt with. Beverly Hobson could be the worst person to assist you with anything. her lack of urgency to respond or act will be the reason I finally quit this bank and join FNB where my sister has no issues. They make you physically sick these guys.
