no service from standard bank

<p>I lodge a complaint here more than 2weeks a ago a send a formal complaint to customer and called to logg a complaint went into a branch festival mall consultant promised to talk to branch manager and get back to me still waiting still waiting for anybody from customer service to call me i cant believe this service level but waisting my time again i think </p>
