NO SERVICE FROM PRIVATE BANKING

<p>Hi. WHat is the use of having a private banker if they never make contatc with you?? Interets rates increased by 2.5% on bonds without ANY form of communication! Multiple calls made by me to Private banking line and to Banker, but NO feedback!</p>
