No Service

I have been transferred from one consultant to another with no assistance! Each consultant gives me the same number I called saying that's the number I should call. The consultants don't know what they're doing because neither pf them know where I should be transferred to. I spoke to "Siphesihle" who was very unclear and was unbothered with adjusting her line every time I told her that her line is unclear. Even after I told her that that's the number I called she still insisted on transferring me and said she doesn't know why I wasn't assisted. I don't know that!!! I need tp be called urgently because I need urgent assistance regarding my account!
