No service at Standard bank

My banker was reassigned to another province and a new banker was never provided. I have nobody to assist for the past month and have been taken from pillar to post. One Boitumelo Pitja pretended to help but now went quite. I escalated the matter to Khotso Mokoena and Giveness Mamba who are still ignoring me even today.

I have been with the bank for years but am at my wits'end.
