No service at Motherwell standard bank
At standard bank in Motherwell to collect a card. Been waiting over 30 minutes with no assistance, advised we have to sign in before being assisted but even the "sign" has been done, tried to inquire about my card but instead we advise we still have to wait. Others are busy, others are just chilled chatting the assistants. Truly unprofessional and rude branch I ever visted.
