No Service at Branch
I stood from 1:00 pm till 3:00 pm at the branch on Monday the 19th to get attended, and when I was attended, I didnt get help. I had to go back to work and the consultant said will get back to me, and they didnt. I went again to the brach and another concultant took my number and they dont call me. Now I'm sitting with my account blocked and no feedback as to what is going on with my query. What do you do if your bank does that?
