NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!

Good Day Zeenath,<br> <br> I am assisting Mr Arno Anderson - I am the HR at the company that he is employed with.<br> <br> First he went to the Standard Bank branch at Pick 'n Pay Cycad in Polokwane - customer services there told him that he must and go and apply for a temporary ID, but they are only helping people at this stage that are 60 years and older.<br> <br> Then my wife phoned customer care and Elisma told his wife that he must go and do an affidavit which he did, they will accept the drivers licence, but after all the trouble he had to go through - he went to the branch at Standard Bank Square in Polokwane - after standing in the queue for an hour without any assistance, when he got in front - he was told to go to a service advisor, after giving them the affidavit and his driver's license and prove of residence,<br> He was told that he must bring his Id<br> <br> But as you can see he can't get an temporary ID at this stage, so can you please assist and tell us what the following steps is to get his account reactivated again?<br> <br> <br> Regards,<br>
