No service!!

<p>I received an SMS reminding me to collect my credit card. After queueing for a long time I was advised that it wasn't available. I complained to the PR lady and she assured me that the branch would notify me when it arrived. Got another SMS, went in again, same story only now it is still with the printers??? The chap at the next counter also had the same problem although his card was sent to Ballito. Wanted to see the manager but she wasn't there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Actually why am I bothering to complain - it will fall on deaf ears. I think I will just approach another bank! The service at Standard Bank is non existant.</p>
