No service

I would like to lay a complaint against Standard Bank in Barberton. Today we visited the branch to renew a bank card that apparently expired. After 45 minutes only 1 customer was helped and all other personel on the floor refused to be of any service or give advice. They were very rude.

We would like to withdraw all our funds and transfer it to another bank, but to get to someone to help us seems like an impossible task for us.
