No service

We relocated to Namibia and Standard bank couldn't assist me with anything over the phone, neither could Standard bank in Namibia assist me. We've just relocated back to South Africa, went to Standard bank in Menlyn. After waiting an hour and a half to be assisted I was told they couldn't assist me on a Sunday as the tellers don't release money on a Sunday. I told the lady in the front that I was there to close my account. She could've told me that they would not be able to assist me. I seriously don't understand why you are open on a Sunday if your service delivery is so slow and you cant assist the clients anyways. The service was pathetic. I just want to close my account and have my money released. I've been up and down to Standard bank asking for assistance one to many times. I work and I have two kids it's not easy to just go to the bank anytime of the day. I want this sorted out. <br>
