No service

I am still awaiting feedback from Standard Bank Florida as to whether my Ucount card is ready(not cheque card). Its been 3 months since I opened the account and several messages left with the call centre. <br> <br> Its frustrating that we cannot deal directly with the person who opened the account but have to go via a call centre spending ~20mins each time and having to re-explain the same situation everytime we call in. <br> <br> Regards<br> A.
