No service
We are waiting from 18 December 2018 for a refund from Standard Bank. We phoned 3 times and still they just say it is in progress. Why when anyone owe them money they will phone each day but when they need to refund people it take so long. We do not get interest on the money owed to us but we must pay interest to them. Very disapointed with there service.
