No service

I desperately need 2012 statements for my company for tax purposes. You cannot get it from the internet banking because it is older than 12 months. I started this engagement with Standard Bank on the 28th April 2015 just to get three statements. After several e-mails and a lot of back and forth, I sit here today STILL WITHOUT ANY STATEMENTS! I have correspondence with me where people has been assigned and everything, reference numbers and you name it, but still I do not have any statements.<br> <br> Standard Bank - you better get your ducks in a row. If it is nearly impossible just to get 3 statements out of you, what will happen when I have a more complex banking need. I am really concerned....
