No service

I went to standard bank boardwalk, richards bay on 5/12/2017 to see a business banker. According to the receptionist everyone was in a meeting but she will ask someone to give me a call. On the 6th december I sent a mail to bizdirect asking for a banker yo call me. Until today no person from standard bank contacted me.
