No service

My accounts were blocked because I had to produce new Fica documents. Firstly I did not receive any notice that I had to Fica my accounts. Secondly I took all the necessary documents to the bank on 17 March 2015 and was told that due to the slow system they were unable to unblock my accounts, but it will be done within a couple of hours. It is now 20 hours later and my accounts are still blocked. Unfortunately I have banked with Standard Bank all my life and I have to say they have a track record of bad service.
