NO SATISFACTION AT ALL TO GET SETTLMENT AMOUNT !!!

No satisfaction at all. Been send from pillat to post. Trying to get a settlement ammount on a loan. Please help. Called several 086 numbers today spoke to 9 different persons without any success. Send emails to the *** already a week ago and no feedback as yet. They take your Id number play music in your ears for 10 minutes and the transfer you to someone else. To tell your story all over again. Please help!!!!!!!!
