No Rewards for fuel at Caltex Linksfield

Linksfield Caltex does not give rewards for fuel as per their agreement and advertising with Standard Bank Ucount . They use Nedbank swipe machines under the vendor name FILL AND FAIL. They do not use the Caltex swipe machines where your points are automatically processed. When you ask for the Caltex machine they say the system is offline even though the Caltex 10km away is on line. They have now been offline for the past 2 months. If you use the Ucount rewards card to get fuel from your collected points they block the card. I have reported this to Ucount on 5 occasions but nothing gets done. Caltex Linksfield should then at the very least take down their advertising banners and boards and be honest enough to say they do not participate in the Ucount programme. UCOUNT should also inform their loyal customers that Linksfield Caltex is not so loyal.
