No Responsive to requests for a call in over 3 months

I complained more than 2 months ago via Hello Peter and requested someone to call me. However to date, all i get are emails but nobody even bothers to try and call me!!!! The last time they emailed me was to ask for my Credit Card or Bank account details. When i rep**** saying that it had nothing to do with my accounts and that it has to do with false allegations by someone regarding their account at Standard Bank. I in no way accessed anybodys account and i want proof of that. The email was not delivered as it was regarded as Spam and i was informed that my email was quarantined. So to this date i have had no resolution of my complaint. This is absolutely pathetic service.
