No responses to emails

It was about 2 months ago that I posted a review about Standard Bank not getting back to me regarding the Call me Back function. Now am I writing this one as your Homeloan department has not rep**** to my email and it's been almost a week!

There will probably be a standard response of "we apologise and take these complaints seriously" etc, yet all I want are your departments to take getting back to their clients seriously!
