NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER TO REPEATED REQUESTS FROM ATTORNEYS

I am a Conveyancer trying to open a Sectional Title Register on behalf of my client. Standard Bank is the bondholder over the property. My client and I have been trying to obtain the bank's consent to the opening of the sectional title register since August 2018 and have received no feedback at all. Various bank employees have been passing emails to and fro amongst themselves but nobody has reverted to either myself or my client. These are the dates of the requests to Standard Bank: - 2 August 2018 to Cecil Judd August 2018 - November 2018 to Craig Bush 4 December, 6 December & 11 December 2018 to Michelle Theron NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER !!!!
