No Response whatsoever

I did a google search to identify how i get in touch with Standard Bank Forgeries Department. The one i cam up with was Stanbic IBTC Bank. I registered a complaint. This was now 2 months ago and they have not bothered to reply to me. On another search i clicked on the Request a Callback buton. This was also 2 months ago and yet nobody bothers to reply. Please could you pay me the curtesy of a reply by calling me.
