No response to debt relief enquiry
I have been requesting a form from standard bank for a payment relief on my vehicle finance since the beginning of lock down and to date have not received it. When I call they tell me to email , and I have for more than 4 weeks now. All std bank says is we will get back to you in 7-10 working days. It’s past 7-10 working days and I still have not heard back and it’s month end. I have not received a salary and will not be able to cover my car installment . What should I do?
