No response regarding requested statements
Requested business account statements 2 weeks ago.No response but money for statements has been deducted?!!!! Went in last week to query was promised response still waiting.No wonder see only 10% satisfactory comments from this bank .Worst thing our whole family banks with them for years.Why????Well soon not going to be so.
