No response regarding requested statements

So after posting my complaint , I a get a request vis email (no curtacy call like most business people deal with complaints)for my account details on 22 april.I reply on 24th April.Today is 30th and i have heard Nothing!!!! IT'S affecting our business!!! So please could i have a resolution to the statements we have paid for and requested a month ago!!!! Please can you actually sort the problem out Tarryn Bradford-Scheepers!!!
