No response regarding my complaint

I have not received any response regarding the matter I reported that I posted earlier<br> <br> Re:<br> I opened an account with standard bank in 2014. The consultant also opened a fixed deposit account as well as an overdraft account. Last year I went in to close the account after I put a 32 day notice on the amount that was in the notice account. I expected that money to pay off the charges but instead the account was still opened after that and the charges are still accumulating. It is now more than R1300 and this is totally unacceptable because I assumed it would close since it was paid of and I don't use it. I need to know the necessary steps to sort this out because I am very irate and I cannot afford to pay the whole amount in one go and more charges will be added on which makes this really ridiculous. <br>
