No response received

With reference to my previous complaint I have still not received any response from Std Bank. I need to access internet banking but everytime the pin is sent to me it is sent to an old cell number. I have tried to contact the bank numerous times to get this info updated and I have not been successful in finding anyone to assist me. My emails, calls and faxes are not responded to by the branch or your customer relations center .
