No response - OVER 2 WEEKS

Re: P***<br> <br> Around the 12th of October I did a life policy with Standard Bank. The agreement was the debit order would go off on the 16th of every month. Despite this agreement, they deducted the debit order on the 15th. I find the bank's inability to comply with basic agreements highly concerning, wrong and unacceptable. Accordingly I requested that they cancel my policy as per 7 day cooling off period and refund the debit order. This was done on the 15th.
