Banker? I tried Victor on his cell voice Mail tellingyou to contact Shonell on the land lines above , constantly out of order sound , my husband emailed Friday 4 th Nov with a simple request we have had no resp despite following up via email , no ackof email (it was rec) my husb phones the pvt banking 0860 number at 8:55 today he is on the line for 7 min verifying himself , the consultant says they don't have a no for pvt bking Clearwater? I would understand if he didn't call the PVT banking call centre number , to top it all they have his previ Pvt banker from yrs back on the system? We don't ask for much , however he pays a fee for this facility and it's frustrating.He asks the consultant to get someone to phone him NO CALL!
