no response or action to secure message
In January 2016 I requested via secure message that my debit order on my 32 day notice account be increased to R 1,000.00 per month. Standard Bank Manager phoned me back mid-January to advise me that this could not be done because my bank that the debit order was coming from was FNB. I requested that she then close my 32 day notice account and that I would take one out with FNB if I had to go back to them anyway to request the changes. She confirmed that this would be done.

I received the full amount of R 1,601.47 from my Standard Bank 32 day notice account on the 7th of February 2016, however the account wasn't closed, even after I sent another Secure Notice to say the account should have been closed which went unanswered by Standard Bank.

Then on the 1st of March 2016, I was again debited for the amount of R 500.00 because my debit order is still in place because you STILL haven't closed my 32 day notice account. I again sent another secure message on the 1st of March 2016 saying that this account should have been closed.

Once again I received NO phone call, no response, no email feedback from Standard Bank and the account is still open.

I JUST WANT THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED.
