no response on questions?????

I have send a mail to *** On 21 July 2021 at 11:43 Needed clarity as I went onto the SBSA website and found that the fees being indicated differs to what I am being charged for? According to the brochure the Service fee is R40 and the card fee is R18 for a gold credit card; I do not have any additional cards. Why will I be charged R40 and R60 for service fees? I also required clarity what the charge of R159 dated 18 February 2021 was for. It reflects as F2f Delivery fee? I was under the impression that cards are delivered free of charge? No response was received and I send a follow up mail 2021/07/23, 16:27. On 27 July only did I receive a response but from another email being ***. Several personal details required and I indicated in my response that I already gave my ID number and even gave screenshots of the statements I queried. I was not comfortable to disclose to many personal information as one never knows if it lands in the wrong hands; I did mentioned this in my mail. Till today, no feedback. My cell I also copied in my responses, however not even a call. This is poor service taking I am seeking clarity for charges that needs to be explained.. How long will this take to have matter resolved?
