No response on query

App**** for a 2nd Bond beginning of the year, which was granted, but now I do not have access to additional funds. I was told to re-apply for an \Access Bond"which was done AGAIN on:<br> * 29 July 2015 via e-mail (with ALL relevant documents) - No response (not even an auto e-mail notification)<br> * followed up via e-mail on 11 Aug 2015 - Again NO response from STD Bank<br> * Phoned call centre on 17 Aug 2015 - Was NOT given a reference number"
