No response on my e-mail

I have written e-mail regarding my insurance claim for attention Maheer Jeva on the 13th May, 25th May and 28th May. My claim after a fire at my house were rejected. In a letter from Standard bank I was told to email him and ask that Standard Bank must reconsider my claim. I have received no response from Standard Bank on any of my emails. Please I need to resolve this matter as my house have a leaking roof after the fire. My claim number is: 15/032333
