NO RESPONSE FROM STANDARDBANK PERSONEL

They asked me if I want I loan, and I said yes, they did a credit check with Experian and found that I have and overdue balance with them, the account number wasn't mine, and i'm struggling now for 3 weeks to clear my name and to get a loan with them. They are still busy with the loan and its now 7 days after a credit check for loan. They don't remove the account number from my name and don't get any respond from them.
