No response from standard bank insurance

I made a claim to standard bank insurance but rejected my claim but reasons that are given to me still not convinced as to what exactly is the real problem for the rejection. <br> <br> I still waiting for a report from the company they appointed to come and check my fence till today nothing is coming out and I also went around my town to check how different is my wall to theirs and I found that even for government building it similar to mine now I wander who's really at fault<br> <br> Please assist me with my claim so that I can be refunded by a giant company. <br> <br> Thank you in advance
