NO RESPONSE FROM STANDARD BANK HOME LOANS FOR MORE THAN A MONTH!

On the 9th of July 2020 Standard bank granted us a bond to purchase a new property, unfortunately there is some issue in SA with agricultural land being register in two names (it was to be registered in both mine and my husband's) and the bond originator discussed the matter with STD Bank and suggested that we get the bond amended so that the property will now only be registered in one name. The request for this amendment was put through to STD bank on the 24th of August 2020 and until today, the 28th of September 2020 (MORE THAN A MONTH LATER) we still do not have an amended bond and no correspondence or notification as to what the problem is or why it is taking so long. The OTP was signed on the 24th of June 2020 and here we are 3 months later and we still cannot register because everyone is waiting for STD bank! My husband even moved his cheque account to STD bank, and I was considering moving all my business to STD bank too but with disappointing service like this I have decided not to.
