No response from Prestige Banking on terms of Offer received

I received an offer via MMS on 1 November stating that I would receive 5% cash back on the next swipe of my credit card between 1 November and 16 December. It notes that Ts and Cs will apply but does not list them and there is no link to the Ts and Cs and therefore I have no idea if there is a limit to the cash back or whether it only applies to purchases at certain stores etc. I therefore sent an email to *** on 13 November and received a response on 14 November requesting details in order for verification purposes which I responded to on the same day. It is now 28 November and I have had no feedback since. I therefore dialed ***(the prestige number) on 27 November but the consultant was unable to assist and said she would investigate and call me back but once again I have been left waiting with no response. What is the point of sending me an offer and then making it impossible for me to understand the terms of the offer? Please can I get feedback urgently as I could've been using the offer during Black Friday.

Hi,

I still have had no feedback on this matter.
When can I expect a response? Someone must be sending out these personalised offers to customers. Can they not provide the feedback required in terms of the Ts and Cs?
As a bank you should stop these offers until you sort out the processes.

Still no response? What happen to we "assure you that this will be addressed as a matter of urgency"? This deal expires on 16 December so will you only respond after that?

Rather than making use of the promotional offer I may rather just close the account.
