No response from Claims Department

Please refer to claim no. 14/086710 which has been open since last year. Not yet resolved. Spoken to 3 consultants in the last 3 weeks and every time they promise that someone will come back to me as they cannot help. Please refer to the voice recordings for proof of this. Last 3 consultants were, Gordon, Lerato and Mbali.<br> Still waiting until today!!!
