No response for restructuring
I have reached out to Standard bank so many times, I've just given up. Tried to restructure my loan... no response... complained about being hit on by a consultant... no response... informed them I was going on maternity leave... no response. Many emails later to [***] *** and ***. Many calls later and I'm even back at work. It's as if they want to ruin my credit score just by ignoring me
