NO RESPONSE FOR 2 YEARS ON SETTLEMENT

I have requested a settlement amount on my bond after the passing of my husband and to date i have not gotten any settlement amount although ive been paying the bond on time. I feel that im being deluded and this is costing me money i dont have since im unemployed and all i want is to settle my bond while i still have funds left. My account number is : *** ESTATE LATE CO MATHOMES. My attorney has had no joy with Xavier from standard bank. Can anybody pls HELP URGENTLY!
