No response at all

I had a problem at the ATM where money i deposited was reversed. I did receive my money back but R292.54 short. this was because i saw the money had cleared and went to the shop to buy milk for my baby son. the money was then reversed which put my balance in negative. i emailed back Helga Auld to complain about it <br> and to see what can be done to get me back my money. i havent heard a single word from her in a week.<br> <br> This is reallyt bad service as it was my money that was put into negative by fault ofd the bank. I want to know where is my money.<br> <br>
