No response and deduction of insurance without concent

<p>For the past few years from 2011 until August 2015 credit life insurance was deducted from my student loan. (After I complained in August 2015)</p> <p>I explicitly stated that I don't want this option, and even paragraphed and signed next to the label. This did not mean I am in agreement to it, I was told to do so in order to acknowledge the consultant explained the process to me.</p> <p>The contract explicitly stated in section 8.2 and 8.6 the following:</p> <p>8.2)Premium is R0 for every R1 000. This means that there should be NO deduction,since any amount multip**** by R0 are R0.</p> <p>8.6)Seperate disclosure outlining the dates and amount payable will be handed to you. This I also have never received.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yet the amount was deducted on my account for years. I refuse to pay it, its down right ********. I've complained in 2015 and was told I need to go to the bank, then at the bank told to write email. However with the follow up process on the mails I receive little to no response and they are always "finding the relevant documentation".</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
