No response after many calls and emails

I recently sold my house and a settlement was paid by the attorneys. just because the settlement amount was paid 1 day to early, another amount of almost r7000 was deducted due to not paying a date later? this really does not make any sense. spoke to so many people and confirmed i was not aware of this..... they request me to email them and still no response. i really would like a refund as no one informed me if i pay 1 day earlier there would be a extra fee involved. really does not make sense
