No Response

My Daughter has had a student loan for the last 3 years (I'm the Surety) during this period we have had no issues. The applications have been processed without any problems and I have made all payments on time.<br> This year we app**** again (1st Year Honours) & submitted all the documents required.<br> Within a few days we received an email \Declined-insufficient funds to repay loan)<br> So I called the call centre to query this & to try to discuss this with someone (Ref ***) after numerous calls with no feedback
